What the site does
The site presents Caduc's services and receives contact requests. It sells nothing online and processes no payments.
The "Free audit · A 30-day plan or you don't pay" offer — the honest terms of the guarantee
- The audit is free and comes with no obligation: we analyze your digital presence and tell you what we found.
- The action plan: if we go further, we deliver it within at most 30 calendar days from receiving the basic information about your business.
- The guarantee: if you're not satisfied with the plan, you don't pay for the plan — concretely, we don't invoice the plan. The audit stays free in any case. The guarantee covers the plan, not implementation services already provided at your request.
- The good-faith condition: the guarantee assumes you give us the basic information about your business within at most 10 business days of the start. The 30 days run from when we receive it.
- The guarantee can be invoked once per client.
Displayed prices
Displayed prices are indicative ("from") — the final offer is set in the plan; prices may be updated, and the one in the written proposal is the one that applies.
Intellectual property
The site's content belongs to Caduc. Deliverables created for clients (website, identity, configurations) become the client's property upon full payment of the project.
Limitation of liability
The site is informational in nature. Information on the site does not constitute a contractual offer; the specific terms of each project are set by contract. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information from the site.
Personal data
How we collect and use your data is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
